As the design world descended on Milan for the annual Salone del Mobile, 3 Degrees hosted an exclusive event for local and international media to launch Rob Mills Architecture’s new film and latest architectural project.
The intimate affair was located at Michelin star restaurant, Contraste, one of Milan’s most exciting dining experiences. The event gave Melbourne-based RMA the opportunity to heighten the global perspective of the brand’s aesthetic to national and international media.
The event launched Rob Mills’ new short film, The Search, exploring and encapsulating the firm’s mission to work with great land – the foundation of all great architecture. “For us [at Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors], luxury means living a gentle life. Our clients share our belief that when you are connected to the land, you are energised, restored, and at peace. This is rare, and hence for us, this is luxury,” says Mills.
In addition to the film, one of the practice’s latest architectural projects was unveiled; a groundbreaking residence in Byron Bay which incorporates Mills’ signature use of drama, curves, lines, light and a reflection of the qualities of the land.
3 Degrees offered end-to-end management across event planning and logistics, guest list management and editorial procurement. The international activation, a first for the firm, forms part of broader reaching PR planning for the brand.
