Welcome, Fiat & Alfa Romeo

It is with much pride that we announce two new clients in Fiat and Alfa Romeo. We have long been admirers of these iconic Italian vehicle brands and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them to the 3 Degrees family.

Our partnership will see us work across multiple marketing activities, including strategic communications, activations, sponsorships and of course media & PR.

We have already been working closely with the Fiat and Alfa Romeo teams on a variety of short and longer term strategies and are looking forward to seeing the first sponsorship and activation initiative amplified at this year’s Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, showcasing the recently updated Fiat 500 and introducing the all new Fiat 500X as the perfect fashion accessories.

Celebrating 10 Years with CoINVEST

We’re celebrating the 10 year anniversary of our working partnership with the driving force behind the construction industry’s portable long service leave – CoInvest.  It’s hard to believe that 10 years have passed by.

Some of us still remember the initial brand planning workshops and everyone in our team has their own fond CoInvest story, mostly involving road trips to construction sites with Andrew!  For an agency that’s 12 years old, it’s an incredible thing to be able to celebrate a 10 year client anniversary.

CoInvest, we thank you for your trust, your loyalty and your continued commitment to making us a part of your family.  The 11th year is already shaping up to be a big one with the launch of the new website coinvest.com.au and the member communications strategy roll out.  Cheers to 10 years and to 10 years more!

#PeroniStyle at the Portsea Polo

It was a pleasure, once again, to have worked with Peroni Nastro Azzurro to help celebrate and leverage its association with the 2016 Portsea Polo. Taking inspiration from Peroni’s latest ‘Vita Al Mare’ campaign, Peroni and 3 Degrees created an Italian experience designed to drive media integration whilst hosting special guests and media partners throughout the Polo weekend.

On the eve of the Polo, Peroni hosted an intimate event, Cinema Peroni in association with Vogue and GQ Australia. Sweeping ocean views at a luxury private residence in Portsea served as the perfect backdrop to welcome Peroni’s special guests that were hosted exclusively for the Polo weekend.

Guests included actors Luke Hemsworth, Isabelle Cornish, Tim Ross, Ben Mingay, Michael Dorman, Xavier Samuel as well as TV presenter Lauren Phillips, Vogue’s Monique Santos and GQ’s Jack Phillips. Italian inspired canapés complimented with Peroni Piccola’s and Peroni Infused cocktails were served to guests upon sunset before venturing  to an outdoor amphitheatre for a screening of ‘The Talented Mr Ripley’, which was filmed on the Italian Riviera.

MAD MAX: FURY ROAD PREMIERE IN LA

We recently attended the global premiere of Mad Max: Fury Road at the TLC Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. It was a privilege to be part of the global premiere alongside many of the Australians who were instrumental to the success of the franchise. The long-awaited film is the fourth installment in George Miller’s franchise starring Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Zoe Kravitz, Nicholas Hoult, Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough and international Australian supermodels Megan Gale and Abbey Lee Kershaw. Following the Mad Max: Fury Road screening, an elaborately themed private after party hosted by Warner Bros. invited cast members, attendees and special guests to celebrate the film’s release.

LEADING HOTELS OF THE WORLD E-TRAVEL BROCHURE

We were recently approached by Leading Hotels of the World to create a digital travel guide as part of their “Leading Famils” initiative. The purpose was to provide select travel agents with a PDF document detailing the options available for famils at some of their finest hotels and resorts around the world. The document had to be optimised for mobile devices so users could easily browse content on their phone or tablet, yet reflect the exceptional experience they receive at these selected hotels. The end result utilised the brands strong style guide to create a mini luxury travel magazine with stunning imagery and editorial style layouts.

We loved working with Leading Hotels of the World to create a truly unique E-Brochure in which they were delighted to unveil to an exclusive group of clientele.

PERONI AT THE 2015 PORTSEA POLO

It was a pleasure working with Peroni Nastro Azzurro to help celebrate and leverage its association with the 2015 Portsea Polo. Across a three day activation, a montage of exclusive events were developed to act as a platform for media integration as well as hosting VIP customers and special guests of the Italian lifestyle brand.

To commence the highly anticipated weekend, Peroni and GQ Australia Editor-In-Chief Nick Smith, welcomed guests aboard the Peroni yacht to enjoy an evening of sunset drinks. The main objective of hosting this event was to introduce Peroni’s International guests to Australia. The actual outcome of the event proved to be much more valuable, with guests departing as friends looking forward to spending the weekend together celebrating Italian Style.

Following a day of world-class polo on the Saturday, Peroni concluded the weekend with an intimate poolside Sunday lunch at a stunning private Italian villa in Sorrento. Vogue Living Editor-In-Chief, Neale Whitaker welcomed guests to indulge in an afternoon of rustic Italian flavours, enlightened by conversations with Italian-Australian actors Vince Colosimo and Diana Glenn, Jean Paul Gaultier model Jarrod Scott, Italian Movie Star Flavio Parenti, Writer/Director/Actor and Tropfest Finalist Rebecca Amos, Australian’s most eligible bachelor Andrew Ryan and of course 3 Degrees’ founder (and 8th most stylish man in Australia) David Abela.

SEEK AT THE AUSTRALIAN OPEN

To celebrate Melbourne’s summer of tennis SEEK invited a group of key clients from across Australia and New Zealand for an all inclusive Australian Open finals weekend.

The 3 Degrees design team started the process by developing an event specific emblem using the SEEK logo as a platform and integrating the 2015 Australian Open message. This style guide was then applied to a number of electronic and print pieces including invitations, bespoke envelopes, personalised itineraries, menus, coasters, napkins, gift bags, gift ribbon and a range of merchandise items gifted to attendees.

3 Degrees delivered end to end management of the event including travel logistics, event administration and execution, and a comprehensive set of design services to create an event brand that was carried across multiple platforms.

We love working with the team at SEEK to deliver exceptional experiences for their loyal customers.

MASTER PAINTERS REDESIGN

We were recently given the opportunity to create a new style guide for the Victoria and Tasmania branches of Master Painters Australia.

The main aim of the rebrand was to bring some much needed cohesion to the existing stationery, print collateral and members kits which overtime had become busy and disjointed with the logo being the only element tying each piece together.

Bright primary colours were retained from the unaltered logo to tie in the original brand while a modern slab serif font family brought a strong, casual yet professional look to the communications.

Overall the result is modern, vibrant strong and most importantly consistent across all communications.
