POMMERY

To launch the incredible new Pommery vintage, the Cuvée Louise Parcelles 2005, 3 Degrees created an intimate dining experience for both Melbourne and Sydney guests, at iconic Melbourne restaurant Vue de monde and the stunning Swifts House Darling Point.

Hosted by Pommery’s Madame Vranken, guests in both locations were treated to an evening of Pommery champagnes, including Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs NV, Pommery Grand Cru 2008 vintage and the new vintage, Cuvée Louise Parcelles 2005, accompanied by a bespoke menu by Vue de monde’s Hugh Allen and Scott Pickett of Chancery Lane, Matilda, Estelle and Smith St Bistrot. Inspired by the liquids, Vue de monde Executive chef Hugh Allen created a special menu, including a palette cleanser featuring Pommery Brut Rosé. Guests dined on the ten-course menu, paired with the Pommery champagnes until late into the evening. Master Sommelier Dorian Guillon presented each wine including a feature ceremonial service of the new vintage. The events were reminiscent of classic and timeless dining featuring the best of the best – setting, service, Champagne, food and of course company.
