Village Cinemas Gold Class partnered with Peter Alexander Sleepwear founder and Gold Class Ambassador, Peter Alexander, to host a Pyjama party. Held on Monday 7th of February and run in conjunction with Event Cinemas, the party was held in 23 locations across Australia.
The PR activity was led from the Jam Factory location in South Yarra where a cocktail reception was hosted by Peter Alexander and included an exclusive advance screening of ‘No Strings Attached’ starring Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman. Special guests included Peter Alexander, Mieke Buchan, Adam Richard and Kate Alexa.
On Wednesday 8th June, Village Roadshow launched their new Gold Class cinemas at the famous Rivoli Cinema on Camberwell Road in Hawthorn. A cocktail reception was held exclusively for VIP guests, followed by the premiere screening of top Aussie film ‘Oranges and Sunshine’ starring Emily Watson and Hugo Weaving.
The event was tailored to promote the Gold Class brand and introduce locals in the know to the new and improved Rivoli Cinema. 3 Degrees hosted a range of special guests at the event, including Village Gold Class Ambassadors Dannii Minogue, Kris Smith, Vince Colosimo and Mieke Buchan, as well as Brodie Harper and Heath Meldrum. After the film, guests were treated with VIP goody bags packed with products from 3 Degrees’ friends; Gucci, Lindt and Russh Magazine.

This year luxury Italian brand Gucci sponsored two races during Auckland Cup Week and hosted its VIP customers in an exclusive private suite overlooking the race track. The Gucci suite was the place to be seen during Auckland Cup Week with special guests including NZ Prime Minister, John Keyes, and Miss New Zealand, Amber Peebles.
